So funny!

I loved this book written by Rebecca Connolly, and wish she'd write more funny books. I laughed a lot, lot during this book, and I love to do so! The narrator was good too! I loved both the male and female voices! Very good and funny story!

I loved this story from beginning to end. Jessica Elisa Boyd's narration really brought all of the characters to life for me. Well done all around.

Couldn't stop listening!

Couldn't stop listening, but the arguments were a little much. The storyline was original and fun. Rebecca Connolly Is a wonderful writer.

I really liked the narrator. The story was fun and at times quite funny, though it took me a little bit of time to realize that the author was being funny! Maybe had I been reading the book instead of listening I would’ve realized it sooner… But anyways, it was an easy listen, highly recommend it. I could probably listen to it again, which is saying a lot.

Sweet, but *almost* didn’t finish

This was a sweet book, but I did grow tired of the constant banter between the two main characters-which I suppose is the whole point (enemies to lovers, entangled inheritances, etc). Not as much depth as some of her other books. Would have loved more heat and emotional intensity without being explicit. There were moments that I did enjoy though.

FYI Secrets of a Spinster is one of my absolute favorite books by this author, but I don’t think I’ll be listening to this one again.
