The Rising of the Moon

The town of Coatesville has just celebrated two weddings. In the midst of their celebrations, someone manages to really irritate the local Klan. The local Klaven rides on the Catholic families in the small town, and on the school.

The Robertson County Sheriff really messed up. He was skimming money from the county, accepting bribes, and generally casting a pall on his office. A few months before he had arrested everybody in the courtroom because his deputy couldn't control a prisoner. One of those arrested was Attorney Declan Dougherty. Things go from bad to worse when the sheriff orders first the death of a witness, then that of a popular physician.
