Alternate text read repeatedly

good story. I enjoyed it and cried at times. some issues with the audio recording. several times when alternate text is read directly after a passage. seems like an editor would pick one version and delete the alternate options.

These books were amazing, I listened to them as audiobooks. I would recommend them to everyone!

Great sequel

This book was on par with the first book. The flowed nicely from book 1 to book 2. Great ending to a very fun read.

several times read out "alternate..."
editor neglected to delete one or the other, leaving both in the final copy.

Great Book

I tried to stop listing to the book but it keeps you wondering what will happen next!

Both story and audio were meh.

Audio version: Voices were hard to tell apart. There were a few spots that hadn't been edited correctly and you actually heard the narrator say "[line]. Alternate: [slightly modified line]." This was an issue in both book one and book two.

rather formulaic fantasy: always a new "ancient" magic being touted as explanation for a plot twist.

love scenes unrealistic. sex over the top wonderful. rather plastic and phony sounding. plot involved but again dependent on "magic" to explain variations and difficulties. became boring. listened just to get to the end. didnt want to waste my money but alas i did!
