New Favorite
I will be recommending this book to everyone I know. We are all leaders in some way. In the work place or in the home. This book explicitly lays out what respectful leadership looks and sounds like and its affects on all. Some may find this information to be common sense or natural to them, but for many these things have to be worked on intentionally.
