What a wonderful introduction to Jesus.

Or reintroduction maybe more appropriate. Brennan Manning describes a Jesus who loves us recklessly and relentlessly. This is the Christ I want to serve.

Get wrecked!

Deep stuff in here. I feel like most people will either be wrecked (in a good way) or almost immediately be turned off by this.
This is my first Brendan Manning book and I have had to relisten to most of the chapters just to get a sense that I am hearing what I am! It goes against a lot of what I grew with and I love it. I would recommend it to any one ready to listen attentively and be willing to put in some spiritual work.

It's a must listen

Brennan and his books, including this one have changed my life. What more can I say.
