The following words are from my heart to yours. If you are desirous of a deeper, clearer walk with God by drawing nearer and dearer to him, then the book that is in your hands is, I believe, brought to you by the providence of God. I encourage you to read The Reflection carefully, slowly, and thoughtfully. Then embrace and put it into practice.
There are no words to express how deeply touched I was the first time I made my way through Dr. King's composition. I received it in a season when I was, with what understanding I had, endeavoring to achieve a deeper walk with God in prayer. When I opened the email ... I seriously could not believe what I was reading. It was, simply put, “apples of gold in pictures of silver” and exactly what I needed to encourage and help me find more clarity and direction.
The days in which we now live demand that a powerful, prayerful, and truth loving people fall to their knees and arise to gloriously represent our Great God and Savior—to a lost and utterly confused world. I felt then, and feel now, that this book was heaven sent to help us in that endeavor. If you think that I am putting it on a little ‘too thick’… well, let me know how you feel after you have read it ... and especially after you have patiently put it into practice.
