Great Read

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Absolutely would recommend to any college/NFL fan. A really nice behind the scenes of what makes a great QB.

Needs a football guy

The orator was great, but mispronounced so many names it was distracting. Great content by Feldman as always.

Interesting and entertaining

As a Browns fan I was interested in learning more about Manziel. I listened to this audio book and learned a lot about how quarterbacks are made, promoted and picked. My only complaint is that the narrator should have learned how to pronounce Pettine and Massillon.

Fantastic insight

This book offers a fantastic& in depth look into the Quarterback position. Anybody whom is interested in the game or specifically the QB position, I definitely recommend this book.

Narrator obviously not a football fan

Good book with good stories and info. Given the frequency of him mis-pronouncing names such as Roger Goodell, it's obvious the narrator does not follow football at all.

Interesting insight; Horrible narrator

In addition to being a robot, there were 10-15 known sports names that this narrator could not pronounce correctly. Not sure if he has even watched a football game.

A disturbing viiew of the true stupidity of sports in America.
A real look into the the insanity of quarterback dads and quarterback coaching prostitutes.
Now I know why I can't stand Trent Dilfer-DUDE. Is he trying to talk like a valley girl or a 16 year old kid? Who talks like this?
This book describes exactly where's we've come as a society. Listen at you own risk.

Worst Book I've Ever Listened To Or Read

I am amazed I managed to finish this. It's just horrible. They didn't focus on anyone that has proven themselves to be a modern quarterback. It could be argued that its little more than a marketing ploy for various QB training programs that start charging obscene amounts of money to train kids when they are only 8 years old. I'd say it's half Manziel biography half marketing ploy. I can't even guess as to who would enjoy this book. A more accurate title would be The QB: The art of manipulating young athletes into thinking they need to spend an incredible amount of money on training with failed QBs in order to succeed. It's a bit long so I understand why it wasn't used. I'd like to know how many kids that come out of these camps actually become successful NFL QBs. I'm fairly certain right now they're hovering around 0 percent.. Although in fairness they do often lead to scholarships. Terrible book.
