Confusion

I was confused until about the 3rd chapter, other then I enjoyed the drama a

This was a great series …..but um er ah !

Okay so I really really liked this series however a few things I was expecting were :
Absolute closure or another book !
C’mon Sis , don’t do us this way ?

While I had intense lady wood for Kaliq & Kasian , well more Kasian than the others , he made me angry every time he called Solana dumb.

It made me even angrier that she never checked him in for it.

I also I saw April’s sh!t a mile off and was super surprised at their mama.

I also wished that the dad would have had a better developed storyline

As well Mona Lisa and her father .

Sounds like a set up for an extended series ?

Ending not finished

There’s a lot going on to keep you interested. I did not like Kisan’s character at all. This guy was controlling, arrogant, and extremely disrespectful.
Kadeem’s character was over the top as well. This guy had it all but risked it because he was basically jealous of his cousins. You can’t come back from that.
The book feels unfinished without a book 3.

Did they find the killer?
Did they find Kisan daughter and baby momma?
Did they find Sabrina’s ex
Did April make good on her promise to kill Mona Lisa

Good story

Nice overall! The characters were on point, the twist was on time ! Great book for leisure listening

All the Emotions

I didn’t know how to feel about this book. There is so much! It picks up from part one where there’s heartbreak, deceit, guilt, and mental anguish. This book will have you all in your feelings. I’m kind of upset part 3 and the Christmas novella aren’t on audible because the narrator does a great job, but I’ll be reading them next on Kindle hoping for some type of happy ending.

Definitely was better than the first book.. all the characters irritates my soul though.. lol the only downside, the last 1 hour of the books feels rushed.. its still really good though
