The story and reader are great!

Wonderful story. My only disappointment is that the story is too short. It could be longer with more details! These are great to listen to while working on household chores or driving to work!

Fantabulous story!

Kathryn Le Veque’s stories keep getting better. She very well brings to life each character, antagonist $ protagonist. I was unable to put this book down. Her narrator is excellent. I look forward to all future stories & love listening to them again & again!

the story of love and patience.

I was taken aback by her youth. in western culture, she was too young, but I got over my western expectations. i enjoy the story wholeheartedly!

Reluctantly unhappy with this book. Sorry Kathryn.

First let me say i'm a HUGE fan of Kathryn Le Veque masterful stories for many years now. I was pleased with the first book, but nearly quit after reading the first eight chapters of this second book. It was like it was not Kathryn's writing at all -- it was unbearable. Normally I come to like, admire, and look forward to learning about the characters. But the main couple in this book fought like little children... it was very hard to continue listening to chapter after chapter feeling like they BOTH were unbearable.

i should mention that Paul Woodson did a FINE job as always. No complaint there. It was the characters.

I would suggest if you become agitated and stressed over childish bickering you might want to skip this one. Though the second half of the book was ok, I just really found I wanted so much to LIKE these characters as I did in the first book and all of Kathryn's other well-written stories.

I really feel like someone other than Kathryn wrote these characters. I'm could be wrong. But that's what I feel like thinking for now so I don't lose interest in one of my favorite authors.
