This is a great book Mr.Brown has a soothing voice and makes it very easy to relax. I listen almost every day and its made a big difference in how I think and feel. Well worth the money.

Very Beneficial...
this is an excellent and most positive influence for anyone who likes the self development genre, as i do.
i find it very 'hit and miss' when buying books of this kind, and consider this a definite "hit" as it is not simply a pastiche like others i have bought and read.
i put this on as part of a playlist to go to sleep to and really do feel it has a beneficial effect.
i hope this encourages other like minds to give it a go and that it helps as much as i feel it has!

Lousy production
The ideas and techniques work. However, if you are going to do this right you have to spend money on the audio production. It sounded like Erick put this together in his bathroom with a cassette recorder. If you can get thru this distraction you will like this, otherwise move on...

Save your credit
Not even worth a 1/2 credit. Keep looking. Sound quality is horrible, can't hear or understand most of what he's saying. Sounds like he's trying to seduce you on the beach.
