The author has a engaging and soothing voice very easy to listen to and this book contains a wealth of knowledge and helpful tips, and guidelines to help get yourself unstuck! I love this book and recommend it to anybody Who is dealing with a life struggle, feeling stuck or just looking for a way to improve their life and experience fulfillment.
