Voz Virtual es una narración generada por computadora para audiolibros..
The audiobook repeatedly interrupts itself—often multiple times per chapter—to push listeners to a website for a “free pamphlet” that supposedly contains the highlights of the book. Over time, this creates an obvious question: why am I listening to this at all if the real value is being positioned as something outside the book?
That confusion is made worse by the AI narration, which repeatedly describes the website as “in a circle,” a phrasing that’s unclear and was clearly never reviewed for listenability. When you finally manage to find the site, it doesn’t deliver what the book implies—it largely just promotes the book itself.
The result is that instead of reinforcing credibility, the constant self-promotion does the opposite. It breaks immersion, distracts from the content, and makes the listener feel like they’re being sold to rather than taught—an odd misstep for a book about persuasion and influence.
It’s unfortunate, because buried underneath the noise are ideas worth hearing. But between the interruptions, the confusing call-to-actions, and the implication that the “real” value lives elsewhere, the book ends up feeling more like a funnel than a finished product.
