I was threatened with criminal charges — including obstruction and tampering — simply for documenting facts that didn’t fit the official narrative. Files disappeared. Doors closed. Warnings were issued. And the message became clear: the truth was not wanted.

My home was raided.
I testified before a grand jury.
I successfully secured charges against the people who were threatening me — only to watch those charges later be dismissed by prosecutors.

That was the moment everything changed.

This book is my unfiltered account of what happens when a private investigator refuses to stay quiet, refuses to rewrite reality, and refuses to abandon the people whose lives depend on the truth being told.

It exposes how the criminal justice system can be weaponized — not only against suspects, but against witnesses, whistleblowers, and investigators who stand in the way of money, power, and institutional self-protection.

This is the story of how I learned that not everyone with a badge can be trusted — and how choosing conscience over comfort places a target on your back.
