One of our greatest threats during WWII; are the Japanese developing an atomic weapon, and what is the state of their progress? Nimitz sends Commander Forester home, ostensibly to stand courts-martial. In reality, he becomes an OSS Special Agent before assignment as the skipper of USS Orca, a prototype Tench-class submarine. Forester receives orders to transport an OSS espionage team to Hungnam, Korea to infiltrate the enemy’s atomic energy laboratory. Will they succeed in crossing the Sea of Japan without discovery, land the OSS spies, and safely return afterward?
