Sometimes it carries us gently, other times it pulls us under, leaving us struggling to find our breath. In these pages, I explore the spiritual currents that have shaped my journey, reflecting on the moments when I have floated, fought against the tide, or surrendered to the flow.

This collection is inspired by the different levels I’ve encountered in life—times of challenge, growth, and transformation—and the way water mirrors those experiences. What do we do when we feel like we are sinking? How do we navigate the unknown when we have yet to learn how to swim? Through these poems, I invite you to step into the depths without fear, to embrace the rhythm of life, and to reach toward God in trust and faith.

The cover art is a piece I painted, later adapted for this book to convey the essence of hands lifted—whether in surrender, worship, or simply letting go. My hope is that these words encourage you to reflect, to feel, and to engage with the fluid nature of spirituality and life.
