Woman finds faith and strength in herself

I loved this story! I’m a big Robin Hood fan and also recognized the nod to Norse mythology but missed the Slavic ones as my familiarity with those is much less, though I did register the names as such. Found family and enemies to lovers vibes got me. I would rate it fairly low in the romance scale with one sp1cy scene, as the political fantasy was in the forefront and the romance was really a subplot. The narrator is not my favorite. She had a strange cadence emphasizing odd words in the sentences, and used voice cracks or catches too often. I appreciate the queer inclusive and gender nonconforming characters very much. I would have liked more romantic connection and development in that plot earlier on. Excited to read the next one!

Twist of Robin Hood

It was a bit rough in the beginning to understand the world building but picked up as it went along. Towards the end it had almost like a Harry Potter vibe like professor Quill harboring the bad guy. Overall great story.
