Just when I thought I couldn’t love this story anymore…

I’ve read this many times in paperback, so this was my first time with the audiobook. Lisa Birnbaum does a really great job with the voices and makes the story come alive in a way I haven’t experienced before. I especially love how Christian’s voice is done because it’s exactly how I always pictured it in my mind. I love this story because it’s a perfect blend of sci-fi, dark comedy, thriller, with a touch of horror. It’s a book that I discover something new every time I read it. I can’t wait for the second book in the series to come out in audiobook form!

Compelling and fun characters

I loved the family dynamics between the Dragos members and how their shared history unravels in the story. It’s a playful and entertaining tale. I’m looking forward to more stories from this universe.
