This should be read by first time managers!!!
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
This book is a great read for first-time managers. Also for those who run organizations who have struggled with leading his or her organization to the next level. The narration is a great listen to on this book.
What other book might you compare The Ordinary Leader to and why?
The One Minute Manager- because it seems like common sense until you realized you need to grow and learn more about leadership.
