The materials are ok, though nothing special.
For an avid self development listener, this audiobook is mostly a summary of tips. Overall it's useful, but doesn't really elaborate too much.
The interaction between the 2 readers is a bit weird, i didn't get if it's scripted or natural.
Mostly i felt like there's 2 people trying to push some optimism into me, i mean, they're all into it on every sentence, takes a toll on your concentration.
Also, some of the exercises take a long time to complete, but the authors treat it as just a small step, e.g. "Go write what's ur purpose in life... now let's..." and more stuff, without digging deeper in how to come up with that purpose.
