The Return of Christ. The Rapture. The Antichrist. The Tribulation. The last teaching of Jesus Christ until His death. He says it all.

The Olivet Discourse, by Jesus Christ, is a straightforward description of the signs that lead up to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, the gathering of the church, and the start of the Day of the Lord. More specifically, it is a description of the events of the 70th Week of Daniel. It is the centroid of all prophecy about the eschaton.
Yet, for some, the Olivet Discourse remains a source of complexity and confusion as they attempt to force it to fit their own predisposed theology. This book includes references and quotes from various scholars with differing points of view about the Discourse.

The Olivet Discourse is an answer to the question “Tell us, when will these things happen, and what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” (Matt. 24:3).

The parables that close the Olivet Discourse are closely aligned with the parables of the harvest and the dragnet at the end of the age in Matt. 13. They describe what occurs at the end of the age (when Jesus returns) and believers are separated from non-believers.

This book avoids that problem for the reader in an easy to read and comprehendible form. The commentary within is a detailed verse-by-verse study, that will allow you a broader, yet deeper, understanding than perhaps you had before. It provides the details that allow you to develop your own theology without having one thrown at you. The appendices will be especially helpful to the reader.

The author has studied eschatology for 37 years before writing this compelling book.
