Fun Romantic Read

The dynamic between the leads kept me interested, and there were plenty of moments that made me smile. Very short read and a good way to unwind and escape for a bit. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into light, engaging reads with a bit of sass!

I love a good romance book and this does not disappoint! Melanie and Brents bickering and chemistry had me hooked! Rhondas matchmaking antics were hilariously over the top. It's the perfect blend of heart, humor and just the right amount of chaos!

Fun and Entertaining

I really enjoyed this romantic comedy. It has been a while since I have listened to a book just for fun and to be entertained, and I am glad I did. The relationship between the nurse and the grumpy boss was both entertaining and heartwarming. Rhonda was one of my favorite characters, with her matchmaking skills. There was great character development throughout. This book was full or relatable, humorous moments. Fun, easy, enjoyable story to listen to- I am looking forward to the next book in the series!

The banter between Melanie and Brent was the highlight of the audiobook for me. Their love-hate dynamic had me grinning, especially when Melanie turned the tables on Brent’s attempts at payback. Watching these two navigate their shared past, unexpected chemistry, and Rhonda’s relentless matchmaking was pure entertainment.

A Hilarious Prescription for Love and Laughter!

I just loved every morsel of this rom-com. Melanie and Brent were just funny and impossible to resist. Melanie's quirky charm paired well with Brent's gruff, and it's just a great comedy couple. Add Rhonda, the interfering matchmaker, for just that bit of chaos to make sure things remain unpredictable. The banter was there and razor-sharp; the romance scorching hot, and chemistry-undeniable. It's the perfect mix of humor, heart, and little chaos, something I just needed for getting lost into it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good laugh with their love story!

Heartwarming and fun

This book is the first in a series, and I am excited about continuing. I need to know what happens with these two!

I lose interest in books fairly quickly, but I am happy to say that was not the case with this one. These characters are relatable and funny.

This is the type of book you want to read when you just want to disappear into a world of hope and laughter. I highly recommend!

I thought this book was such a fun, feel-good listen! The romance between the feisty nurse and the grumpy, but secretly sweet, boss had me hooked from the start. Their banter is hilarious, and the way their relationship develops feels so natural and heartwarming. The narrator did a fantastic job bringing the characters to life, especially the boss's gruff exterior. If you love rom-coms with a bit of spice and laughs, this is perfect. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.
