Three women. Three dates. One missing man . . .
8.52 a.m. Siobhan's looking forward to her date with Joseph. Breakfast on Valentine's Day surely means something . . . so where is he?
2.43 p.m. Miranda's hoping that a Valentine's Day lunch with Carter will be the perfect way to celebrate her new job. But why hasn't he shown up?
6.30 p.m. Joseph Carter agreed to be Jane's fake boyfriend at a dreaded engagement party tonight. But he's not here . . .
Meet Joseph Carter. That is, if you can find him.
An unexpected love story, The No-Show is an utterly extraordinary tear-jearker of a book, a heart-breaking and joyful novel about dating, and waiting, and the ways love can find us.

Reseñas de la Crítica
Beth O'Leary crafts novels with such wit, heart and truth. The No-Show is an ingenious, heartwarming and romantic story with great depths amid the humour and lightness
Beth O'Leary writes a brilliant, multilayered, romantic stunner with a poignant twist that you won't see coming. You won't be able to put this down
Beth O'Leary is that rare, one-in-a-million talent who can make you laugh, swoon, cry and ache all in the same book and The No-Show is her most moving yet. O'Leary's wit, charm and heart are on full, fantastic display in this cosy, surprising and deeply satisfying novel. I couldn't possibly love it more
Three love stories in one, told in delicate, beautiful layers, this is such a clever, finely woven sweet and heart-rending story that I found myself utterly enchanted by!
This is a genius of a book! The kind of book you want all your friends to read so that you can talk about it non-stop. Trust me, you'll be buzzing long after you've read the final page
Perfect escapism: romantic and uplifting with a twist you won't see coming
Fresh, clever and superbly plotted, The No-Show will sweep you up, break your heart and put it all back together again. A triumph
As joyful as it is difficult, as friendly as it is unexpected, The No-Show makes a compelling case for complexity
I found this to be the most emotionally written of Beth's books, one that leaves an impact on your mind. I cannot recommend it enough; it is bursting with feeling
With this clever romance, The Flatshare author is back at her best . . . I really enjoyed this bittersweet, heartwarming read
Super-clever and super-readable, this brilliant book is going to be a massive hit
Beth O'Leary's latest twisty, zesty charmer The No-Show will certainly be required summer reading
Be warned: this may just be the most clever, finely woven, sweet and heart-rending story you read all year
I raced through it
Her fourth book is another gripping page-turner but with a more ambitious concept than her earlier novels . . . A superb rom-com with a heart wrenching twist
Beth O'Leary's latest novel opens with three women - Siobhan, Miranda and Jane - who have all been stood up on Valentine's Day by the same man. The question is, why? The trio try to work out what has happened to the elusive Joseph Carter - and their willingness to forgive him at first feels frustrating. But as the story unfolds, the lives of the main players draw the reader in until the tale builds to its unexpected, but ultimately satisfying, ending. (Alison Kershaw)
Beth O'Leary has done it again with The No-Show, an endearing clash of people in a twisting plot which stays in your thoughts long after you finish
A clever story with a heart-wrenching twist
A satisfying roller coaster of emotions

I love this book but i liked more reading it than listening to it even though the voiceacting is good, i was really interested on the multiple narrations and it makes sense that its devided by POVs more than by characters itself but for Joseph Carter i think they could have his narrator throughout the book for example, as he literally only narrrates 1 chapter and its the last one so its kinda random.
Also i tend to listen to audiobooks at like 1.3 or something as i mostly find the reading too slow but i actually didnt need to do it for Evanna Lynch as she reads in a good pace for me at the normal speed but as i felt like every narrator had different reading paces i had to change the speed of the audio every chapter kinda as if i kept it the same throughout it sounded either too slow or too fast in some of the chapters.
This is just because of my personal preferences and its a good audiobook and i love the plot itself but ya i think for first reading the book itself is better than audio as some features can break the experience (at least for me) but its good for rereaaading as this book should be read more than once
P:S.: I loved the interview at the end
Great book, the narrating was a little confusing
