I love this book for bringing down to earth what a future healthier and galactic culture would look like. Loretta gives solid and practical examples and advice that anyone can understand.
I must say writing your own obituary was the most powerful and memorable part. Just What We Need!

A Journey of Introspection and Improvement
Loretta does an excellent job highlighting areas where everyone can strive to improve on to meet their goals and become the best version of themselves.
I greatly appreciated all the tips and training for how to treat people and coexist with our fellow spaceship Earth inhabitants. Bonus points of course for the fact that the message is packaged around space and Star Wars!
