I'm going to try to somewhat capture the author's "style" with this review.

This book is repetitive. It repeats itself. It says the same thing over and over. It’s a loop of shallow platitudes. It’s a carousel of copy-paste wisdom. It’s like someone asked ChatGPT to write a parenting guide and forgot to hit “edit.” Every chapter feels like the last chapter, which felt like the introduction, which felt like a motivational poster in a dentist’s office.

The advice? Repetitive. The tone? Uniformly repetitive. And shallow. It’s the broadest statements about stoicism, rephrased, recycled, and reissued. If you’ve read one paragraph, you’ve read the book. If you’ve read the book, you’ve read one paragraph. It’s the literary equivalent of saying “remain calm” 200 different ways while your toddler paints the dog.
