Great for young and seasoned professionals

I have been a professional for 15 years and would have benefitted greatly from this early on in my career. Every gaffe mentioned I know I've made at one point or another and learned the hard way. I enjoyed it as a seasoned professional because I wanted to make sure I was perfectly polished.... Great for dotting the i's and crossing the t's!!

Excellent Resource!

As a new CEO, I found this book on etiquette indispensable! I would recommend it for anyone either new to business, or as a good refresher course.
