Acerca de esta escucha
Jules Bronsky is a mnemonist. He never forgets anything. A gift and a plague. He's unknowingly been given a list by dangerous people. But his memories can be damaged if created in stressful situations. He must repair the memory or die with it still embedded in his brain.
Jules enlists the aid of Atticus Wright, a disbarred lawyer turned fixer, to embark on a road trip to remember. Atticus seeks redemption; Jules struggles for relevancy in a world that has set him aside as no more than an oddity. Worse for both, others will do anything to get the list.

Satisfying Suspense-Filled Experience
Jules, Atticus, and Skye are on a mission! They are trying to unlock a memory of information presented to Jules in a rushed moment. This information is wanted by some very bad people! The thing is Jules never forgets anything unless it’s presented incoherently. Jules is very focused so having this jumbled information is detrimental to his mental health. He must repair and recover it before the bad guys exact revenge or he goes insane!
The author, Bill Garwin, using detailed descriptions crafts an action-packed narrative around the special ability of a mnemonist incorporating corrupt police, violence, political intrigue, and greed. Each character is developed to enhance the narrative, heightening action and suspense. The plot twists are seamless, integrating smoothly into the story and enriching characterizations. The dialogue reinforces suspense, adding depth to each character and situation.
The narrator, Patricia Shade, captures each character’s essence, vividly bringing them to life. Her delivery is smooth and deliberately accentuates the suspense and action, while her clear and concise speech effectively conveys the intensity.
The utilization of unique characters provides an intense and satisfying suspense-filled experience for the listener!

I first read this book when it first came out in Hard Cover. I thoroughly enjoyed this story. The story captured me from the beginning.
I was going on a trip to Oregon and wanted something to keep me awake. I decided to get an audiobook and came across “The Man Who Forgot To Remember”, I downloaded it to my iPhone app and listened to the story for almost my complete drive. The story was just as captivating as when I read it the first time and Patricia Shade was absolutely wonderful.
I would recommend this Audiobook to anyone that enjoys a good story.

Very engaging! Strap yourself in for a great ride!
A fast-paced quest to find missing memories of a gifted individual.
The characters were brought to life with color and personality. I felt as though I was saying good-bye to my BFFs Jules, Atticus, and Skye when I turned to the last page. I became an avid follower and true supporter of the adventure-filled risks the team faced throughout the attempt to recovery memories.
The subject and subsequent plot were more than an unusual read. The background settings were so accurate and enjoyable. I felt as though we were traveling together. Their strength as a team was well served with each obstacle faced with endurance. Attempting to avoid spoilers, the story took twists and turns that were unpredictable to the reader. The change in circumstances kept the reader engaged and without a clue about the danger ahead.
The narrator presented an even paced description of the characters that led the listener to absorb the nuances of each individual and how each contributed to the plot. The tone was quite respectful of the content and went well with the fast pace and unusual content. The audio well represented the content of the written book and enhanced reader involvement. Emotionally draining at times due to the changing plot and challenging experiences was a plus.
