Ridiculous
Embarrassingly trite. Female characters with great careers, but 1950s emotional subservience to the men in their life. In my particular arrogance, I would have rewritten the story to include more of the finale storyline throughout the entire text. Without giving too much away, it would’ve been great to participate in the antagonist’s research journey. The author missed an opportunity to create a historical subplot/allegory. Sorry, this is very opinionated of me.
