Despite the danger, Tym and his team embark on a mission to retrieve the crysylys needed to win the war against Merrick. But to do so meant entering the enemy’s stronghold—the very place they had just fled. But it was worth it if it meant they could retrieve the precious and rare commodity.
Unfortunately, the enemy guards were the least of their problems. A new enemy waited in the shadows of the desert, unlike any his team had faced before. Something truly terrifying and evil.

The Lost City is a 100,000 word work of fiction. Each book in The Skylight Series is a semi-standalone, full-length story. They do follow a progressive series of events with each book linking to the next in an overlying arc, but each book does have a completed resolution with no abrupt cliff-hangers.
