Peter and his crew sail through space tossed by waves of cosmic radiation. He and his crew are the perfect space explorers, never growing older and never growing up, with a childlike wonder and curiosity. Wendy is the youngest person on the Draga, she's never known a life except aboard her father's ship in the battles that mark the ongoing war she was born into. When they encounter Wendy's ship the Draga both Wendy and Peter have to reexamine their lives and decide what the future should hold.
