As the conflict with the neighbor heats up, deep and horrific secrets are revealed, and Peyton ends up in grave danger. Alec must recant his vow and draw his sword again to save the woman that he loves as The Legend is once again reborn.

Weird and all over the place

There are so many components to this story that stretch beyond the realm of possibility… truly…. The crazy aunt and her relationship with the half brother no one was really aware existed; the sister’s and their romances… there were some parts that were funny, but not what I would consider a historical/period romance. Again, you see the deterioration of this author’s work, where it has become the number of new book releases v quality. Also, this audio is missing the Epilogue, which was actually nice and sort of closed out the many loose ends.

Author should'a finished it.

I always enjoy B.Gill as a narrator although there were a few times when his stand in distracted from the story. The story itself was pretty good. The were a lot of parallel story lines which made it quite interesting...and then it was over. The reader is left NOT knowing what happened to anyone except the villains. Disappointing.

Great Listen!

A mix of paranormal “seeing” with a mixture of family secrets and love . The sisters payton and ivy created the humorous situations that beguiled Alec and Ali. There was suspenseful action adventure situations.. a multicultural marriage in the medieval era excellently intertwined within the story. As always Ms. Krysten Le Veque you brought forth and excellent love story. The narrator was exceptional. Thank you.

I didn't think I was into medieval period books. This book proved me wrong. Vivid characters wonderful narration and a compelling story made me want it to go on forever.

another great story…. Kathryn Le Veque had a talent for bringing the characters to life. My next read will be “Guardian of Darkness”.
