This "blueprint" as the author calls it is 11 chapters for active living with a focus on life improvement and a look inward to change the script. I really liked the chapter that focused on the Invisible Traps That Keep You Stuck in your current life and how to overcome and step out of that life.

I really liked The Legacy Code. It encouraged me to think differently about how I live my life and gave me the push to make changes I’ve been putting off. It’s motivating without feeling overwhelming, and it left me feeling inspired to take action.

I abosolutely loved this book. It taught me how to become the person I have always wanted to be. It breaks down why and how I have stalled myself. Better yet it gave me great suggestions and recommendations on how to reverse that. The book itself is well wirtten and the audio super easy to follow.
