I agree with this sentiment. I planned out my career as best as possible, which was very successful. I started as a specialist and became a senior executive with the federal government. Now my goal is to provide as much information as possible about what I did with my career so others might learn from it. This book outlines the basic premise of learning to be a leader. It traces the author's journey and provides lessons for the reader to make the journey themselves. The author has over twenty years of experience in safety management.
