Like any book to improve yourself, listen with an open mind. I don't like books that try to push their beliefs and lifestyles on you ie this book pushes vegan and more. A lot of the tips take time to put into place- if you're like the average human with very little time and no money, this book isn't for you. If you're a busy mom, who has time to make bibs out of old shower curtains?! Time is money too.
