NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW

After being wrongly imprisoned, Isaac Grant is freed and departs from his familiar surroundings, venturing to a silver mining town in Nevada, seeking a fresh start. During his travels, he encounters a chance to reinvent himself, but it comes with a twist: he must take on the identity of a deceased sheriff. However, Isaac quickly realizes that his past troubles are not so easily left behind or forgotten.

The AI voice is unacceptable. It puts humans out of a job. I won't listen to another book read artificially.

The story moves slow

Did not like the AI Naration. it doesn't flow and the reading of the material is done without any emotion.

Lack of emotion when needed and no Scottish accent when called for.

No voice inflection by virtual voice made some of presentation almost boring. Ending could have been better/more dramatic.

a struggle to listen to.

The audio was stilted and nearly unemotional. it was hard to distinguish between characters during dialog. Finished the story because I wanted to see if the tale had any redeeming qualities. Haven't listened to a book that was so lacking and deficient. No more. Ugh.
