The Kingsley Chronicles Volume 1 follows the city of Memphis being consumed by constant gang wars from 1990 till 2019. The Kingsmen are the main reasons why Memphis is in so much turmoil. The Kingsmen forced their own family into their operation. In the early 90s, the Kingsmen drug business began to see a rapid boost in sales. This increase of sales forced other competitors off of the streets, further creating tension in the streets. Once the Kingsmen had enough resources they waged a war against all the gangs in Memphis. The war escalated to a point where an ex-military soldier created a police force called Cadmus to combat all the gangs. Since all their resources are depleted, the mayor & governor both approved of this new police force. Although Cadmus proved to be an effective solution over the next few years, the Kingsmen already proved themselves to be a fortified stronghold. The first leader of Cadmus overestimated his chances. The second second leader of Cadmus, deployed a much more effective solution against the Kingsmen. The same family who the Kingsmen coerced into joining their illegal activities are the same ones gathering evidence for Cadmus. Over the next couple of years, this tactic led to major arrests & take downs in the Kingsmen operation but not enough to bring them down. The police & other city officials attempt to regain control of Memphis as a power struggle between the Kingsmen & other gangs nearly tear the city apart. In the Summer of 2019, a new leader at Cadmus joined the war against the Kingsmen. The third leader of Cadmus used the same strategy he predecessor created to fight the Kingsmen. As Cadmus races against the clock to bring down the Kingsmen to justice, the Kingsmen target anyone who interferes with their business. In this never ending war, everything is at stake as more bodies pile up in the streets. Family’s lose the ones they care most about in this never ending war. Dark secrets unfold in the midst of this battle, shining a light on a forgotten past
