This isn't another wellness book full of empty promises. Dr. Williamson presents hard science and practical interventions. The explanations of how how certain foods trigger neuroinflammation and how sleep clears toxic proteins from your brain are fascinating and actionable. I've implemented his Zone 2 training and sauna protocols with measurable improvements in my energy levels.
Worth the read or listen- if you want to improve your overall wellbeing.

This is the most beneficial book I’ve read in a long time. It’s super interesting, easy to understand, and full of helpful information.
