Nobody performs the Holmes canon like David Timson. Passionate about the genre, Timson has recorded dozens of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle stories. With impeccable diction and pacing, Timson shows his experience. He captures Watson's smart, cultured tone. Suspenseful music also helps to set the mood. Listeners have plenty of choice when it comes to their Sherlock Holmes fix; however, Timson's faithful productions set him apart from the rest.

Even in his retirement, Holmes’s skills are called upon, as he follows a trail of death on the Sussex coast in "The Adventure of the Lion’s Mane".
