Joshua will head for the chaos in New York with his 5-year-old granddaughter in tow. Sure, the FBI will be after him. And his son. But finally, after all these years, Joshua Macallan has hope again.

A Time-Bending Story That Is Heartbreaking and Opt

This audiobook caught me completely off guard. It was far more than the sci-fi thriller I had anticipated; it was a mystery about time travel, historical fiction, and heart. It was so real to see his suffering, his regrets, and that glimmer of hope he still holds onto. I wasn't prepared for the emotional depth that the narration brought; it was as if I were sitting next to him, listening to a guy whose life had been molded by missed opportunities and near-misses.
