The adventure in Nearspace continues with an odd family reunion for a summer holiday: Jem, an eight-year-old whizz kid on a quest to see a “Space gang girl”, blasts in accompanied by a reluctant chaperone, his 16-year-old stepbrother Tim, who wants a last chance to forgive his birth father — or forget him for good.
