A good brief history
I’m glad I listened to this. I also wish it was 3-4x longer (it’s just an hour). A side note - the reader’s pronunciation is not great.

Good information ruined by horrible pronunciation
The information is all great, that's not a problem at all. The problem in the narrator has AWFUL pronunciation of words in Spanish. And, as this is an audiobook, that's a BIG deal. The narrator makes the book borderline unlistenable, but if you can suffer through, there is good, accurate, information to be found.
