Twenty-five-years-ago one of the victims won a National Book Award for his investigative book about the Isabella Stewart Gardner robbery in Boston: the world’s largest unsolved art theft. He was poisoned. The other victim had a pawn shop in Boston at the time of the Gardner robbery. He was stabbed to death.
