Generally like this author and heard her on the radio talking about this book and was excited to listen. This is just mush - nothing really of any significance here- disappointed.

More philosophy than substance. Was hoping for more actionable insights. Ok for total newbies of money management.

Smart Practical Advice

Feeling like you’re on a merry-go-round and going nowhere with your job, finances, life situation? Jill’s book gives you excellent ideas for opening your mind to new possibilities, but doing so smartly. Step by step. A good resource for those just starting a career, midlife, and those approaching retirement. Highly recommended.

Well, written, and easily executable

Each chapter lays out a problem, a solution and gives you a homework assignment. The combination will work if you put in the time and effort. I personally, I am very glad I found this book.
