Very interesting!

I really really enjoyed the information that was given about these legends. Some of the stuff i knew about but most of it was new to me. I love learning new things, especially when it comes to information that might be on trivia games, so this book was perfect for that. I wasn't able to listen to it in just one sitting, i needed to give my brain a break, but that's only because its packed full of info.

Rock-on!!

I recently developed a keen interest in rock music; the signs, energy, slangs and coolness. At first, I felt I didn't know enough, and finding this book was a game changer. I learnt so many fun facts in a short time, and I can relate to the music better too.
I love this book, and hope to get more content like this.

Bill O'Neill does it again

This is another fun, informative, educational, and entertaining book/audiobook from Bill O'Neill. The book includes numerous fun, odd, and unique bits of trivia about rock 'n roll music, artists, concerts,etc. The little quizzes that occur at the end of sections were a fun way to see how much I already knew about the topics. Sometimes I knew the answers, sometimes I made a lucky guess, and sometimes I wasn't even close. ^^ Mr. O'Neill obviously loves his subjects and puts a lot of effort and research into producing an entertaining product. I am never disappointed.

The narration was great. Scott Miller has a pleasant voice, paces his delivery well, and varies his tone so that he keeps the listener engaged.

The Great Book Of Rock Trivia

This book is a fun and entertaining listen. It is full of musical facts and trivia, some you may know and some a little more obscure. It runs the gamut from the beginnings of rock and roll to the present day. Each chapter gives you a quiz at the end to see how much more you may know about the music scene. As a big music fan this is an engaging and interesting book that gives you a glimpse at some of the behind the scenes information. I enjoyed finding out many of the facts about the musicians.
Narrator Scott Miller energetic narration makes this a fun listen.

Another Great Book of Trivia

Yet again Bill O'Neill brings us a great book of trivia, this time about Rock. I enjoyed listening to this book and learning more about the music world. I loved learning more about the artists, bands, trends and music itself. There's lots of great information given in an entertaining way. Love the quizzes at the end of each chapter. This is mainly about Rock but if you are a music lover of any genre then you should give this book a shot, it's rich in history and beginnings. The narration was excellent. Scott Miller has a nice voice, read at a nice pace and speaks clearly. Overall, a really enjoyable listen for any who love music.

Good Read

The Great Book of Rock Trivia: Amazing Trivia, Fun Facts & The History of Rock and Roll was a great read by Bill O'Neill. This book had information about a lot of different rock bands. This is a great book for any rock fan that wants to learn more about their favorite bands.

Trivia AND a Trip Down Memory Lane

The Great Book of Rock Triva was such a fun listen. It was impossible to stop listening. Had to listen all the way through. There are/ were so many things that I and also my eleven year older senior partner didn't know. There were many, many of these artists that either I myself or he had seen and it was great hearing this trivia. I don't know where to begin as to what I liked best about these musicians as well as their quirks. They were interesting to say the least. In between were multiple choice questions to test the listeners knowledge. I think I got most of them right. I'm happy I was able to see many of these artists in the 70's and 80's. A few were Queen, Jethro Tull, Fleetwood Mac, Rush, Heart, the Police, Aerosmith; Metallica, so many I could never recite them all here. Fun for me was the mention of the Texas Jam held in Dallas which was amazing. The ones my partner saw were from the 60's and 70's. Him growing up around Berkeley in the 60's during the 'hippie era', he's seen many of the older rock bands.

This was an excellent listen by Bill O'Neill and I would definitely recommend. It's fun, factual, and an altogether awesome audiobook.

Scott Miller did an amazing job narrating. I think he had the perfect voice for this type of audiobook. He read with enthusiasm which made it more fun.

This book is totally worth it.

I got a lot of new info. from this book! Many details about various aspects and history of the rock and roll music genre. I am big on trivias and have had a fair share of them; this book is one of the good ones. The narration is especially smooth and engaging. Good work.

I love this book!

I love Rock'n'Roll, and I have always wanted to explore and know more about the musicians, bands, etc. This book has improved my knowledge about Rock'n'Roll. I found the quizzes at the end of each chapter quite useful: there were some I knew, and a lot I did not know.
Overall, this book is great for those with a strong passion for Rock'n'Roll, especially if you wish to improve your knowledge - in a fun way, and perhaps impress someone with your trivia skills.

Rock trivia at its finest! Bill O’Neill does a great job of compiling the answers to all the questions you didn’t know you had. Fun facts and history about so many famous musicians and groups!

Scott Miller’s voice is so smooth and easy to listen to. He does a fantastic job with the material.
