Now thrown into a world of wartime intrigue, doubts plague the detective as he wonders if he's the man for the job.

As the line between ally and enemy blurs, survival depends on more than just solving the case. But as Bartrum struggles to reclaim his faith in justice and himself, can he thwart the enemy's plans and save a city teetering on the brink?
