But not all is as it seems, and just as the tentative new couple begins to accept their feelings for each other, an unexpected arrival threatens to tear them apart.

Beautiful Story

I always love stories by this author. The characters are believable and uplifting. I hated that it had to end.

Nothing there!

A really poor fit for me. I appreciate a nice, pure love story, but this was totally banal. Wordy and repetitive (repetitive, repetitive.....) with over- used adjectives and verbs. Not one surprise or laugh.

I was constantly skipping forward to just finish. Listening was difficult.

The reader did a nice job.
