I finally have answers for WWWH for all the voices in my head that brought so much pain that not only stopping me to grow but most importantly blocking me to live a free, wholehearted meaningful life that can come from my own worthiness of love and belonging. A must read !

Listening to this book was so easy, with the author’s pleasant voice I managed to keep my attention all the way through!

Her research on shame in correlation to perfectionism really was an uh-huh moment for me. Will definitely listen again and again!
