I wasn’t supposed to fall for anyone this winter—least of all him. ❄️

Dr. Bennett is the kind of man who looks like he stepped straight out of a luxury lifestyle spread—brilliant, polished, thirteen years older, and rich enough to forget what a student loan even is. He wears cufflinks; I wear flannel. He quotes medical case law; I quote dead poets. We exist in completely different worlds.

Now he’s firelight and self-control, a slow burn I can’t stop touching. I’m caffeine-fueled chaos with ink-stained fingers, and somehow he likes it—likes me. We don’t make sense. But snowstorms don’t care about logic, and neither do the feelings we swore we wouldn’t catch.

Then his ex shows up—gorgeous, famous, terrifyingly perfect—and suddenly I’m the reckless little mistake he should’ve avoided. 🎁💔

But winter has a way of revealing what’s real.
