Great Side Story in this Series

Loved this .5 book. It brought in some people I hadn't met before. This short story was just as good as the other books in this series. However, it does continue from the previous 5 books. Love the story that Dannika Dark wrote and Nicole Poole narrated. They are a knockout team.

Similar to Closer "novella"

Be sure to listen to "Closer" and continue from there. Dont skip any of the novellas. Ive come to the conclusion, all books correspond with the characters. You dont want to miss out. The Gift, is a cute story...

Loved all,

I loved all of these books. I started out with the 3rd series instead of the first. I did not know they were in order. But, this was a great series. What can I say, I am addicted to Audible. Cannot wait to move on to the last series, which will be in a few minutes.

Very impressive

I know there was a lot of grief about the first book concerning the plot and the narrator.
I would like to say that any narrator that can change voices and nationalities throughout the series is outstanding. Each character had their own accent and voice. Fantastic job Nicole. One of the more impressive narrators I have listened to.

5 The Gift Stars

Oh My God… I forgot how much I missed these characters, I kept saying out loud. Oh Logan, Oh Adam, Oh Rose.. lol and so on.

I think what I love best about this book and really any others by Dannika, is that it’s like opening a book to your family. You always feel welcome and that you never want to leave. It is like coming home.

This book is the perfect novella not only for the time being as its right around Christmas but because we got to see some of our favorites and what they are doing. It is kind of perfect. I am all kinds of swoony over here.

Silver and Logan will always have that special place in my heart and this book made it sing. <3

Fin… Ok now I really want a Fin book, who is with me. I mean yeah Adam’s book would be fun too but I am all about Fin right now... Pretty Please!!

Let’s talk about the narration for a second, Nicole Poole just does it for me, I swear she can do multiple females well, kids voice and male voices. I loved it as I have loved all her other work.

Well worth the credit this book is a Gem and everyone needs to read it.

love this story

I think this is one of the most heart warming story's. brings a year everytime I listen which I have to say is a lot. gets me in the feels everytime.

Unbelievably heartwarming

I loved the puppy and the kids reaction to him. “The gift” met the needs of all the Cross family especially Logan, Silver, and Biff.
The ending was very emotional and moving.

I loved this touching story about adoption and family. It ended much too soon!

Heart warming!

I love this entire series! I just wish she would have added another book that dealt with Logan and Silver raising Lakota. There should have been something that showed more of the Cross family dynamic while raising a child and how having Finn as an uncle helped to shape Lakota into the strong wolf that he became.
