Good book
I’m a big fan of Hellen Phifer’s work. I liked the story, but not as much as some others. This narrator wasn’t great either…she spoke a bit too fast, and at times it was difficult to notice when she was switching between characters or storylines within the chapter.

My new favorite series
I loved this book! My only complaint is that it’s not longer. I usually have a hard time following along when books jump between timelines and characters but it was done so well in this book that I never lost my place. I loved the story line, the plot twists, the characters, and the narration was great! I can’t wait for the next one to come out.
