Steve’s perspective and wisdom will help anyone who feels like they are stuck in their faith. He is extremely practical while providing wisdom based in scripture and the mental health disciplines. Fully recommend.

Practical guidance

It took me a while to like this book. I nearly gave up early on because the author seemed to be belaboring his early points. However I had heard him speak and felt it would improve. It did! I particularly found the 5 points we demonstrate to be useful. Good guidance and discussion of the impact in my life. By the end I am ready to listen to the book again. I have the book version too which I intend to review as I listen.

God is perfect Love

The best book I’ve ever read on the true nature of God. Confirms what I have experienced since childhood: God is “Crazy nuts about me” and brings love and healing to me whenever my sins bring damage and pain.

Relax!!! Into Jesus’ presence

An excellent resource unmasking many of the assumptions followers hold onto. The reading was excellent and the content even more so. Highly recommend for anyone navigating trusting Jesus in the day-to-day.
